Returns/Replacement Policy

  •  offers a 7 Days Returns/Replacement Guarantee on All Products. Please get in touch with us within 7 days after order delivery if you would like to have it replaced/returned.

    How do I Return/Replace my product?

    To file a Return Request, follow the following 3 easy steps

    • 1) Go to "OrderHistory" page
      2) Open the Order for which you want to place the Return/Replacement Request
      3) Click on "Return" button in front of product which you want to Replace/Return.
    • * We accept returns within 7 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.

    How will I get my Replacement ?

    • Please note that we provide the replacement for same design, for which the Order was initially placed.
    • Once we receive a Replacement Request, we initiate the process for "Reverse" Pickup of the product. Once the reverse pickup is done, we will send you a brand new Replacement Product.
    • Please do provide details on why you want the product to be replaced, what are the issues that were being faced in previous product, so that we can provide you better experience with the new one. 
      • Important Notice : If you have purchased 2 products, and have applied the bulk discount and you choose to return 1 Product, the bulk discount will become invalid. In this case, we highly recommend that you choose Replacement option instead of refund. 

      How will I get my Refund ?

      • After we receive the return request, We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days.
      • There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service.
      • After the product is received by us and quality check is done, we will initiate the complete refund. However, Your bank may take 7-10 working days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account
